Consistently courteous staff, glorious views over the bay, everything is well-maintained. Our hotel is set in a very central location really close to transport, good for families, and shops & theme parks. There's lots of restaurants to choose from, like September House, situated within 10 minutes walk or so.

Had a great time here - everything is so well-maintained and just my style. 🌟

The apartment was super quiet and had everything we needed. It was right in the middle of everything! 🌟 Loved how we could easily reach all the spots nearby.

The location was incredible - near restaurants, cafe and other shops and shops & theme parks. I had coffee at Papercup Coffee, located within 5 minutes walk.

At first glance we wandered it we'd booked too far from surfers centre however on further contemplation we found the location of the facility outstanding. It was within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants. There were afew parks very close by for the children and it was very tranquil and relaxing without the noise and bustle of surfers.

No major complaints. Gym at facility had just been revamped so was unable to use it till all safety checks had been carried out. Unfortunately gym was "maybe" available when we were due to leave. Found reception staff pleasant enough however my husband had an enquiry for them and staff member closed the blind slowly down on him. So he banged on the side door for her attention. He was greeted with an " oh I didn't see you there". Apart from that all good.

Great location with easy access to cafes and pubs for leisure activities. the staff here are really caring and super friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. 😊

The location was pleasant and the room was fairly clean. There was a great restaurant, a supermarket and a convenience store next door. Good choice of food for breakfast, which was decent to satisfy everyone.

Overall, Crystal Bay On the Broadwater in Gold Coast is a beautifully maintained hotel with a modern aesthetic. the staff are incredibly helpful, making check-in a breeze. the rooms are well-appointed, offering stunning views at a reasonable price. Additionally, guests can enjoy a variety of breakfast options during their stay.

Accommodation was clean with beautiful water views. Nice swimming pool and free car parking.

Single beds mattresses are ready to be thrown away. There is no proper separation from the loungeroom and second bedroom. There is no lock on the bathroom doors and bathroom itself is adjacent to two bedrooms. There is no proper dishes to cook and serve food at home.

Well appointed units with spectacular views. Nice and quiet at night.

The setting here is fantastic, close to a beautiful park and the bay, just a short 15-minute stroll to the bus stop.

We requested for rooms on the higher floors. But got one only on the 2nd level. Suspected that pets are allowed into the Crystal Bay since we felt the lift and the 2nd level smelling. Also charging for toilet rolls is a bit too much.

The bathroom had no locks. It was only one bathroom in the two bedrooms apartment, so it was a real issue. Never been to a hotel without locks in the bathroom.There were days also that there were no parking sport available in the garage, what forced me to park on the street.
